My name is Linda Edmonds and food is my passion. I launched 'the cookery Angel' because I aim to get children excited and educated about food by mentoring them in the art of cookery in their own homes.

I was fortunate enough to be taught to cook from a very young age both at home and in school. I baked a little plaited loaf at primary school and remember with awe the smell of bread as it came out of the oven - I couldn’t wait to take it home and show my parents.

During their cookery session the children will cook a two-course meal from scratch using top quality, fresh ingredients plus a homemade beverage. They will then lay the table and sit down and enjoy their delicious home cooked meal. (I'll even wash up the utensils and will leave the kitchen as it was when I arrived).

'the cookery Angel' also offers a bespoke cookery service for children's dinner, afternoon tea, birthday or cupcake parties. It's an exciting concept for children’s parties which combines my 10 years experience of working in the restaurant industry and 5 years experience as a children’s nanny in Beverly Hills, Canada & London.
